Current Employment Positions Available

  • Case Manager Registered Nurse

    Full-Time Position. The Case Manager Registered Nurse plans, coordinates and provides care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of hospice patients in Sweetwater County. Schedule includes on-call rotation. WY RN license required. New Graduate applications accepted. Sign on bonus available.

  • Hospice Nurse

    Full-Time Position. The Hospice Nurse plans, coordinates and provides care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of hospice patients in Sweetwater County. WY LPN license required. New Graduate applications accepted. Sign on bonus available.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

    Hospice of Sweetwater County is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The hospice CNA provides personal care services to hospice patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Manager. This position is part-time (15-20 hours per week). WY CNA license required. Experience preferred.
